Our indoor training facility is at Exos in North Phoenix.

It is a 31,000 square-foot performance training location in Phoenix.

It is equipped to train athletes of all ages and sports, including football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, soccer, tennis, golf, hockey, track and field, and more.

Exos in Phoenix features a fully equipped and state-of-the-art performance training center, turf field, pool, cold plunge, massage room, athletes’ lounge, batting cages, on-site kitchen, classrooms for education, physical therapy clinic, on-site nutrition specialist, and sports science areas.
